Yes, recycling should be mandatory inorder to maintain the clean atmosphere .Recycling is the process of reusing and recovering waste product from household , manufacturing ,agriculture and business.The price of the recycled product is comparitively low .So reuse and recover helps us to be more convinent in the matter of money and efficiency too .Such activites helps to maintain the evironmental component like air , water and soil from being polluted.
2)Transportation companies should not be forced to use non prtroleum based fuels because of the environmental cause . Because of such use of renewable fuel causes the engine of the vechile to be low in efficiency in frequent use .In other hand,ptroleum product can be stored easily but non petroleum fuel cannot be stored for longer period of time due to which it is inconvinent in storage for future use .And transportation companies will not also be interested in using such fuel in this 21st century because this is the age of competition and everyone wants to be in more advance in their activities .
